I’m moving! We’re trying to get a new house right now, and the one we are looking at now is nice. It is new, partially landscaped, has two houses on property (for us and our Granparents from across the street!) , spanish architecture, fireplaces, wheelchair accessible bathrooms (grandma cheers in background), and has huge yards.  Thought it comes with a downside. In the 24 hour long period we were not there to look around, some gangsters showed up. We would think it was a thief alone if not for the gang logos everywhere and enough fast food trash for all of us here and my grandparents. They took a chisel or something and tried REALLY REALLY hard to kreak in through the back french doors on the back of the front house. The chipped through and dented all of the metal and doorknobs on all of the entrances to the house except the front door and studio door. They left the other house untouched. The FOR SALE sighn was missing too. We think either the neighbors took it down to make the gangsters would think it was  sold, or the gangsters took it down so noone would be looking at it and thay could hang out there. Either way, we found it on the ground on the side of the house. I really cant wait to find out if we got this house, but i wonder… how do get them to stay away from the property while we buy it? Good thing both houses have alarm systems.
